Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner submitted application for post of Teacher (English subject T category) pursuant to Advertisement dated 09.03.2019. He would submit that the required qualification for said post was Graduate Degree with English as a compulsory subject. He would contend that the candidature of the petitioner has been rejected on the ground that he was not having requisite educational qualification. He would pray to quash the order dated 21.01.2021. 3. On the other hand, learned counsel appearing for the respective respondents would submit that the petitioner was lacking required educational criteria of Graduate with English as a compulsory subject and therefore, his candidature was rejected. 4. Heard learned counsel for the parties. 5. Taking into consideration the fact that required educational qualification for the post of Teacher (English subject T category) was Graduate Degree with English as a compulsory subject and the petitioner was lacking of such qualification, therefore, his candidature was rejected, I do not find any good ground to interfere with the decision taken by the respondent authorities.
