Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs. “10.1 That this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to release/ reimburse the medical claim/ bill of the petitioner from May 2021 to December 2025. 10.2 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue an appropriate writ by directing the respondents No. 2 & 3 to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner within stipulated time period (Annexure P-1). 10.3 Any other relief, which this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper, may also be PAWAN KUMAR JHA Digitally signed by PAWAN KUMAR JHA 2 / 2 passed in favour of the petitioner together with cost of the petition.” 2. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner is holding post of Medical Officer and at present posted at Govt. Urban Primary Health Center Kachna, Raipur. He contended that petitioner has taken treatment for himself during the period from 2021 till date and also submitted medical bills for its reimbursement. However, only part of medical bills are reimbursed and the major part of the bills is still pending consideration before Respondent No. 3. Petitioner also submitted multiple representation and lastly on 04.12.2025, however, till date Respondent No. 3 has not considered and passed any order for reimbursement of remaining medical claim of petitioner and therefore direction be issued to Respondent No. 3 to take decision on the reimbursement of medical claim of petitioner pending since long. 3. Learned State counsel submits that as the petitioner is only seeking for direction to be issued to Respondent No. 3 to take decision on the representation submitted by petitioner for reimbursement of medical claim, he is having no objection to the limited prayer. 4. On due consideration of the submission made by learned counsel for the respective parties, without commenting anything on the claim of petitioner, this writ petition at this stage is disposed of with a direction to Respondent No. 3 to consider the application of petitioner with regard to reimbursement of medical claim of petitioner as also the representation submitted by him, lastly submitted on 04.12.2025, in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a further period of 06 weeks from the date of receipt of copy of order passed by this Court. 5.
