1. Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the writ petition has been wrongly filed before this Court. The petitioner ought to have approached the Central Administrative Tribunal for relief.
2. In view of the above, the instant writ petition stands dismissed for lack of jurisdiction of the High Court to entertain the same at this stage.
3. It will be open for the petitioner to approach the competent forum for relief in accordance with law, if so advised.
4. All parties shall act on the basis of a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
