The petitioner is an accused in connection with Giridih (Cyber) P.S. Case No. 18/2025. It has been alleged that the marriage negotiation between the petitioner and the informant failed and the informant got married subsequently elsewhere. It has further been alleged that the petitioner had threatened the informant and had posted indecent photographs of the informant on Facebook and Instagram. Submission has been advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 16.10.2025. It has further been submitted that the petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. Regard being had to the period of custody undergone by the petitioner, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge-II- cum-Special Judge, Cyber Crime, Giridih in connection with Giridih (Cyber) P.S. Case No. 18/2025, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall remain physically present before the learned trial court on each and every Neutral Citation No. ( 2026:JHHC:5724 ) date till the conclusion of the trial unless prevented by sufficient cause.
