The instant bail application has been filed under Section 483 of BNSS, 2023 on behalf of accused-petitioner in connection with FIR No.325/2025 registered at Police Station Kotwali Bharatpur, District Bharatpur for the offences under Sections 316(2), 318(4) and 61(2) of BNS, 2023. 2. Heard and considered the submissions made by counsel for the accused-petitioner as well as learned Public Prosecutor. 3. During the course of the arguments, learned Public Prosecutor submits that as many as 18 other criminal cases are pending against the accused-petitioner and many of them are of similar nature. 4. Looking to the pendency of the criminal case, it seems that the accused-petitioner is in habit of misusing the liberty of bail being granted to him previously. In view of the fact that the accused-petitioner is in habit of misusing the liberty of bail, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the accused-petitioner on bail. 6.
