In this petition, filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner seeks a direction upon respondent No. 4 to shift the Anganwari Centre, Chitti Bakri Ward No. 5, Namblan, Manjakote Rajouri to the house of the petitioner, which is the approved/original place where the Anganwari Centre is located, with a further direction upon respondent No. 4 to comply with the directions issued by respondent No. 3 vide letter dated 18.02.2026, whereby it has been directed to immediately shift the Anganwari Centre to its original approved location, which, in the present case, is the house of the petitioner, where already the Centre was located. 2. Notice. 3. Ms. Mehar Bali, Assisting counsel to Mr. Ravinder Gupta, AAG waives notice on behalf of the respondents. WP(C) No. 1232/2026 Page 2 of 2 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner herein would feel satisfied, if this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent Nos. 2 & 3 to act upon Communication dated 18.02.2026 issued by respondent No. 3. 5. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents states that she is not averse to the proposition made by learned counsel for the petitioner. 6. Be that as it may, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent Nos. 2 & 3 to consider and act upon Communication dated 18.02.2026 strictly in terms of the departmental norms and guidelines in respect of the Scheme, provided there is no legal impediment. The aforesaid exercise shall be carried out within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. 7. Disposed of, along with connected application(s), if any.
