Learned counsel for the parties have filed a joint memo, which reads as under.
JOINT MEMO The fine amount in this case if Rs.1,75,000/- and 75,000/-amounting to Rs.2,50,000/- with fine of Rs.5,000/- each to the State. Petitioner has deposited 50% of the fine amount before the Trial Court and the remaining amount of Rs.1,25,000/- the petitioners has agreed and undertaking to pay in 3 (three) instalments in the following manner.
1. On or before 31st May 2026 Rs.50,000
2. On or before 30th June 2026 Rs.50,000
3. On or before 31st July 2026 Rs.25,000 Total Rs.1,25,000

HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:23403 CRL.RP No. 622 of 2017 C/W CRL.RP No. 621 of 2017 Petitioner states that on single default of payment the respondent is entitle to execute the order of the Trial Court. On payment by the petitioner as stated above the judgment and order or the courts below may be ordered to be set aside and petitioner may be acquitted. This memo may be taken on record in the interest of justice and equity.
3. Placing joint memo on record, revision petitions stands disposed of.
4. Amount in deposit is ordered to be withdrawn by the complainant under due identification.
5. It is made clear that if the balance compensation amount as agreed in the joint memo is not paid, petitioner shall undergo imprisonment as ordered by the Trial Magistrate, confirmed by the First Appellate Court.
