...Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased tomay be pleased to issue a writ, order or direction particularly one in the nature of Writ of mandamus declaring the impugned work orders of the 3 rd respondent in Lr.No PDS/Jowar/2025- 26, dated 25.04.2026 by superseding the work orders issued in favour of the petitioner vide Proc.No PDS/Jowar/2025-26, dated 14.04.2026 and allotting the transport of jowar to the 4th respondent M/s.
