ORDER: The present writ petition is filed aggrieved by the action of the respondents in not furnishing the information sought by the petitioner under the Right to Information Act, 2005, pursuant to the RTI application dated 23.01.2026 submitted to respondent No.3, the first appeal dated 10.03.2026 submitted to respondent No.2, and the second appeal dated 05.06.2026 submitted to respondent No.1. 2.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents. 3. During the course of hearing, the learning Standing Counsel furnished a copy of the instructions of respondent No.1 wherein it is stated that the second appeal filed by the petitioner under Section 19(3) of the Right to Information Act, 2005, dated 05.06.2026, is presently pending before the Andhra Pradesh Information Commission (APIC) and is at the scrutiny stage. It is further stated that the Commission has also directed that the said appeal be taken up for early hearing and that the proceedings are expected to be taken up in due course. 4. In view of the said instructions, instead of going into the merits of the case, this Court feels it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition by directing respondent No.1 to consider and dispose of the second appeal filed by the petitioner on 05.06.2026, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible,

preferably within the period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
