In terms of the impugned transfer order, the petitioner has been transferred as Superintendent Grade-II from the office of the Deputy Director of Agriculture, Mandi, to the office of the Deputy Director of Agriculture, Chamba. A detailed order was passed by Hon’ble Vacation Bench of this Court on 23.01.2026, rejecting the prayer of the petitioner for grant of interim. Today despite repeated calls in the pre-lunch session as well as post lunch session, none has appeared for the petitioner. In light of non- representation on behalf of the petitioner before the Court, this writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
