JUSTICE DEVASHIS BARUAH ORDER Date : 23.06.2026 This is an application alleging wilful and deliberate violation to the order dated 18.12.2024 passed by the learned Coordinate Bench in WP(C) No.6119/2024. 2. The allegations made in the instant application is that the directions which were passed in Paragraph No. 17 of the order dated 18.12.2024 in WP(C) No.6119/2024 have not been complied with by the Respondents in the instant proceedings. 3. This Court had already vide a separate judgment and order dated 23.06.2026 dismissed the writ petition being WP(C) No.6119/2024 and had also vacated the interim orders passed therein. 4. In view of the dismissal of the writ petition as well as the interim orders having been vacated, the directions so passed in the order dated 18.12.2024 in WP(C) No.6119/2024 more particularly at Paragraph No.17, no longer continues to hold the field. 5. It is also very relevant to take note of that the contempt jurisdiction is between the contemnor and this Court and it is the opinion of this Court that after vacating the interim order Page No.# 3/3 dated 18.12.2024, there is no necessity for this Court to further pursue the instant proceedings. 6.
