Mr. Shivam Gulati, learned counsel for the petitioner.
2. Mr. Tumul Nainwal, learned AGA for the State.
3. This petition is preferred by the petitioner, who is serving in the police department, presently posted in 40th Batalian PSC at Haridwar. He has some grievances which he has highlighted in the petition against some few officials of police department. He has also enclosed certain representations along with messages as well as the pen drive containing certain photographs also.
4. By this petition, he is praying for seizure of certain CCTV footages of police station Ranipur of District Haridwar.
5. To examine the issue in hand the S.S.P Haridwar was
directed to join the proceedings through V.C. in order to assist the Court and he joined and apprise about the past record of the petitioner.
6. Be that as it may, the fact remains what is the actual issue and how it will be resolved, I think the S.S.P., is the head of the District in police department and is the best authority to resolve the issue particularly

2026:UHC:6345 when the petitioner have certain complaints against the officials of the same department.
7. The S.S.P. assures that he will look into grievances of the petitioner, examine, and redress the same.
8. The petitioner is present with the wife and undertakes that he will also give due regard to his superiors as well as to his sub ordinates.
9. In such view of the matter, the instant petition is being closed and the S.S.P. who join the proceedings is directed to look into the grievance of the petitioner and examine it and also advise him and to the other officials against whom he has some complaint, so that whatever be the issues in between the petitioner and other officials be resolved.
10. Subject to the observations and direction as above, the instant writ petition is
disposed of finally.
