The matter comes upon an application (I.A. No. 01/2026) for early listing of the matter. 2. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the application has now become infructuous. This contempt petition has been filed against the respondents for wilful disobedience of order dated 25.03.2025 passed by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.16044/2024. 5. Vide order dated 25.03.2025, the following order was passed by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court :- "In the facts and circumstances, this Court directs respondent No. 2 to consider the legal notice for demand of justice dated 30.09.2024 (Annexure-4) or any other fresh representation, if filed, by the petitioner within a period of seven days, and dispose the same within a period of 30 days, thereafter by way of a speaking order. It is made clear that non-consideration of the said representation within the prescribed period, shall give liberty to the petitioner to file a contempt petition or any other alternate measures, as deemed essential." 6. Respondents have disposed of the representation of the petitioner vide speaking order dated 10.09.2025, therefore, the compliance of order dated 25.03.2025 has been made.
