Alleging that the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Salem has dismissed the application filed by the petitioner under Section 483(1)(b) of BNSS seeking to relax the conditions imposed on the petitioner, the present petition has been filed. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner sustained injuries and taking treatment. Therefore, the conditions may be modified. 4. On a perusal of the report submitted by the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Attur, it is clear that the petitioner has complied the conditions for 108 days and absent for 19 days. At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner met with a road accident and sustained fracture in his legs. In order to substantiate his claim, the learned counsel for the petitioner has also submitted the medical report of the petitioner dated 08.03.2026 before this Court. 5. In view of the fact that the petitioner met with an accident and upon the ground that the petitioner complied with the conditions imposed in the impugned order for 108 days, this Court is inclined to relax the conditions imposed in Crl.M.P.No.279 of 2026 dated 05.02.2026 and accordingly, the said conditions imposed in the impugned order is relaxed. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis CRL OP No. 5480 of 2026 __________ Page3 of 4 6.
