When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate, appearing for respondents 1 to 6, submitted that the 'Collective Forming Scheme' had lapsed and is no longer in force. He further submitted that, however, if the petitioner submits a representation, the same will be considered and disposed of in relation to any future schemes. 3. Recording the aforesaid submission, this writ petition is disposed of, granting liberty to the petitioner to file a representation regarding the schemes currently in force, if advised. No costs.
