This Court, vide order dated 19.06.2026, had called for an explanation as to how two bail applications came to be filed on behalf of accused Sahil without any objection having been raised by the Registry. 2. In compliance thereof, an explanation has been submitted by the concerned person, who had submitted before this Court that the same occurred due to human error. He has further submitted that such an error shall not be repeated in future and that he shall remain more cautious in future. 3. Considering the explanation furnished, this Court finds the same to be satisfactory. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present bail application was filed inadvertently. He, therefore, seeks [2026:RJ-JP:24278] (2 of 2) [CRLMB-7689/2026] permission to withdraw the present bail application with liberty to argue S.B. Criminal Miscellaneous Bail Application No. 5964/2026 filed on behalf of accused Sahil. 5. Considering the aforesaid submissions, the present S.B.
