3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is innocent and have been falsely implicated in this case. The petitioner is ready and willing to abide by any conditions that may be imposed by this Court. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police reiterated the prosecution case and submitted that the petitioner has got one previous case. Hence, he opposed the grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
5. Taking into consideration of the seriousness of the allegation and the registration of the First Information Report on 28.01.2026 and considering the fact that the petitioner has got one previous case of extortion, this Court is not inclined to enlarge him on anticipatory bail.
