Also heard Mr. Bhaskar Sarma, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State of Assam. 2. This is an application under Section 528 of the BNSS, 2023 praying for quashing the Non-Bailable Warrant of Arrest issued against the present petitioner Sanjib Kumar Mahatoo by Page No.# 2/2 the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate (M), Chapkhowa. 3. Today, Mr. Sarma has submitted that on earlier occasions this Court had rejected the bail prayer of the petitioner in AB/585/2025 and AB/1196/2025. 4. The aforesaid fact has not been mentioned in the present petition. 5. Therefore, this Court has the reason to believe that the petitioner tried to mislead this Court. The petitioner has not come with clean hands. 6. The present Criminal Petition is therefore dismissed and stands disposed of accordingly. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
