Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 30.08.2023 in connection with Chas P.S. Case No. 417/2023 [G.R. No. 1238/2023] for the offence registered under Sections 304B, 34 and 120B of IPC, now said to have been pending in the court of learned ASJ-IV, Bokaro. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the bail application of the petitioner was earlier rejected in B.A. No. 11054/2023 vide order dated 17.02.2023. She has further submitted that not much evidence has come against the petitioner for her conviction. He has also submitted that even the doctor has not supported the prosecution case. 3. Learned counsel for the State has opposed the prayer and has referred to the impugned order dated 16.10.2025 to submit that altogether 4 prosecution witnesses were examined and 6 defence witnesses were also examined and the case is at final stage. 4. After hearing the learned counsel for the parties and considering the fact that bail application of the petitioner rejected earlier and as per the impugned order itself, the trial is at final stage, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.
