No.8412 of 2024. At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present criminal revision case and made an endorsement to the effect in the court bundle. 2. In view of the same, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. 3.
