Delay Condonation Application No. 01 of 2026 1. Heard Mr. Siddharth Srivastava along with Ms. Mehrunisha Saifi, learned counsel for the revisionist, and learned A.G.A. for the State. 2. Learned counsel for the revisionist further submits that there is delay of 70 days in filing the present criminal revision. 3. Cause shown for the delay is sufficient. 4. Accordingly, the delay is condoned. This application is allowed. Order on Criminal Revision 1. Learned counsel for the revisionist submits that the present criminal revision has been filed against the impugned judgment and order dated 10.09.2025 passed by the Judicial Magistrate under Section 23 of the Domestic Violence Act. 2. Learned counsel for the revisionist further submits that against the impugned order, there is provision of filing appeal before the learned Sessions Judge under Section 29 of the Versus Counsel for Revisionist(s) : Mehrunisha Saifi, Siddharth Srivastava Counsel for Opposite Party(s) : G.A. Vibhore Kumar Rastogi .....Revisionist(s) State Of U.P. And 2 Others .....Opposite Party(s) Domestic Violence Act, therefore, he may be permitted to withdraw this revision with liberty to file before the learned Sessions Judge. 3.
