When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), appearing for the respondent police, submitted that the petitioner had not submitted any representation. 3. In view of the aforesaid submission, the petitioner is directed to submit a representation forthwith. Upon such submission, the respondent shall consider the same forthwith in accordance with law. If necessary, conditions may be imposed while granting permission, and time restrictions may also be stipulated. 4. With these directions, this writ petition is disposed of.
