ORDER:-
After disposal of the connected Writ Petition.No.9292 of 2026 on 01.09.2026, the learned counsel for the petitioners requests this Court to permit the petitioners to avail the alternative remedy under Section 87 of the Andhra Pradesh Charitable and Hindu Religious Institutions and Endowments Act, 1987 (for short, “Act No.30/1987”). However, requested this Court to grant status-quo till availing of the alternative remedy. 2. In view of the said representation made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the present Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the petitioners herein to approach the Tribunal within a period of three (03) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this Order. Till filing of the O.A., the respondents are directed to maintain status-quo and the petitioners are directed to file appropriate application for any further relief before the Tribunal. There shall be no order as to costs.
