The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Jamua P.S. Case No.34 of 2025, registered for the offence under Sections 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2), 61(2) of the BNS, pending in the Court of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Giridih. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioner no.2 is the purchaser of the land in question and petitioner nos. 1, 3 and 4 have been falsely implicated in the case only on suspicion of connivance. He next submits that for the land in question, Original Suit No.253 of 2024 is pending before the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Giridih. He also submits that the co-accused persons against whom the allegations are there of connivance have been granted anticipatory bail by this Court in A.B.A. Nos.6931 of 2025, 6226 of 2025 and 7450 of 2025. He further submits that ( 2026:JHHC:3025 ) -2- A.B.A. No. 625 of 2026 the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent, as disclosed in paragraph 19 of this application. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposed the prayer and submits that the allegations are there of manipulating forged document for selling the land. 5. Considering that petitioner no.2 is the purchaser of the land and petitioner nos. 1, 3 and 4 are said to be connived in the said purchase and the accused persons, in identical situation, have been granted anticipatory bail by this Court in the aforesaid A.B.As. and the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent, as disclosed in paragraph 19 of this application and in the attending facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. 6. Accordingly, the above-named petitioners are directed to surrender before the learned Court within three weeks from today and in the event of their arrest or surrender, they shall be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Giridih in connection with Jamua P.S.
