The learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondents 2 and 3 submitted that a tender notification was issued on 11.02.2026 in the newspaper inviting applications from the general public to submit their bids for allotment of shops on or before 25.02.2026. Therefore, if the petitioner submits an application pursuant to the said notification, the same will be considered in accordance with the terms and conditions of the tender notification. 3.
