The petitioner is an accused in connection with Bharno P.S. Case No. 74 of 2025. 3. On account of an accident in which a motorcycle rider died, the villagers had put up a road blockade and manhandled the passers-by. They had also put the offending vehicle on fire. The petitioner is alleged to have instigated the mob to resort to vandalism as per the allegation. 4. The petitioner is in custody since 14.12.2025 and he does not have any criminal antecedent. 5. Regard being had to the above, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., Gumla in connection with Bharno P.S.
