This is a writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following prayers:- “ I. issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction directing the Respondents to immediately provide hostel facility to the petitioner within the school premises of Delhi Public School, R.K. Puram branch; II. pass any such writs, orders or directions as deemed just and appropriate in the facts and circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice. ...” 2. Dr. Juneja, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks to withdraw the petition in view of the fact that the petitioner has secured admission in an another school. 3.
