Chaturvedy, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. The petitioner is an accused in connection with Hunterganj P.S. Case No. 66 of 2021. The informant had suspected the petitioner and other accused persons to have abducted his son. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that initial confession was made by Sarfraj and Vikram which led to the discovery of the dead body of the son of the informant. Learned counsel submits that in similar circumstances, some of the accused persons have been granted bail in B.A. No. 13824 of 2021. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. Regard being had to the aforesaid facts, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chatra in connection with Hunterganj P.S.
