JUSTICE SAMEER JAIN Order 19/03/2026 1. The instant bail application has been filed under Section 482 BNSS on behalf of accused-applicants. The accused-applicants were arrested in connection with FIR No. 54/2022 registered at Police Station Gangdhar District Jhalawar for the offence(s) under Sections 420, 467, 468 & 471 of IPC. 2. Learned counsel for the accused-applicants have submitted that vide order dated 18.03.2025 passed by the Co-ordinate [2026:RJ-JP:11805] (2 of 3) [CRLMB-15737/2024] Bench of this Court, an interim protection from arrest was granted to the applicants, subject to the condition that applicants join the investigation. In compliance of same, the applicants joined the investigation, as and when directed. 3. Per contra, learned Public Prosecutor has vehemently opposed the instant bail application. 4. Having heard the contentions put forth by learned by the counsel for the parties, considering the fact that the accused- applicants have already joined investigation as and when directed vide interim order dated 18.03.2025 and looking to the overall facts and circumstances of the case and material on record but without commenting on merits/demerits of the case, this court deems it appropriate to make the order dated 18.03.2025 absolute and allow the anticipatory bail application. 5. Accordingly, the present anticipatory bail application is allowed. The S.H.O/I.O/Arresting Officer, Police Station Gangdhar District Jhalawar in F.I.R. No. 54/2022 is directed that in the event of arrest of the accused-applicants Pradeep Kumar Dosi S/o Parasmal Dosi & Harish Kumar Sharma S/o Ramgopal Sharma shall be released on bail, provided they furnish a personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- each with two sureties in the sum of Rs.25,000/- each to the satisfaction of the S.H.O/I.O/Arresting Officer of the concerned Police Station on the following conditions:- (i) that the applicants shall make themselves available for interrogation by a police officer as and when required; (ii) that the applicants shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise [2026:RJ-JP:11805] (3 of 3) [CRLMB-15737/2024] to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the court or any police officer, and (iii) that the applicants shall not leave India without previous permission of the court.
