Petitioner was directed to remove defects. Defects have not been removed so far. (4) Learned State Counsel points out that recovery must have been made by now. Even otherwise also, since petitioner took loan under a State Sponsored Scheme, therefore, the bank was justified in issuing recovery certificate. Thus there is no scope for interference.
