This bail application has been filed on behalf of Amar Dev Shukla @ Amardev Shukla @ Amardew Shukla @ Chhunu Shukla who is in custody since 01.06.2025 in connection with Patan P.S. Case No. 73 of 2025 corresponding to S.T. Case No. 315 of 2025 for the offence registered under Sections 109, 352, 351(2), 3(5) of the BNS, 2023 and Section 27 of the Arms Act, 1959 pending in the Court of learned Sessions Judge, is pressed into motion. As per the FIR, petitioner made an attempt on the life of the informant by firing from the pistol from which he sustained gunshot injury over his hand. It is submitted by the learned counsel on behalf of petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case because of village politics. Learned A.P.P. for the State assisted by the counsel on behalf of the informant opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that there is direct and specific allegation against him of making an attempt on the life of the informant and he has criminal antecedent.
