1. The present contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner against the willful disobedience of the order dated 09.05.2023 passed by Rajasthan Civil Services Appellate Tribunal, Jaipur in Appeal No.6106/2022 whereby, the respondent- Department was directed as follows:-

The respondent-Department has filed copy of the order dated 05.08.2025 (Annexure-CR1) wherein it has been mentioned that in compliance of the order dated 09.05.2023, Review Departmental Promotion Committee has been conducted and case of the present petitioner was examined, however, he was not found suitable for promotion on the post of A.En. (Mechanical) for the vacancies of the year 1990-91, either on the basis of seniority or merit. 3.
Though vide order dated 05.08.2025 (Annexure-CR1), compliance of the order dated 09.05.2023 has already been made by the respondent-Department, however, if the petitioner is feeling aggrieved by the order dated 05.08.2025 (Annexure-CR1), he will be at liberty to avail other legal remedies available in accordance with law. 4. In that view of the matter, nothing remains there in the present petition and the same is liable to be dismissed. 5. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed. 6.
