“a.) Directions to the Ld. Family Court of Sh. Nikhil Chopra, Principal Judge, Family Court, South-East, Saket Court, N. Delhi, to decide the abovesaid matter in H.M.A. NO. 887/2022 (OLD HMA NO. 435/2022) for divorce U/s. 13 (1) (ia) & (ib) of HMA 1955 (as amended upto) filed by the petitioner/husband, within a period of six months and/or maximum one year in a time This is a digitally signed order.
