ORDER:
The present Writ Petition is filed aggrieved by the action of respondent Nos.2 to 7 in not furnishing the information sought by the petitioner pursuant to his RTI applications dated 20.07.2026. 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for General Administration. 3.
Today, when the matter came up for hearing, learned counsel representing the 7th respondent has furnished a copy of the instructions dated 09.08.2026 submitted by the Mandal Development Parishad Officer, Atmakur Mandal/7th respondent, wherein it is stated that the petitioner approached this Court even before expiry of the statutory period of thirty (30) days from the date of submission of the application under the RTI Act. However, it is further stated that the petitioner’s RTI application dated 20.07.2026 has already been considered and the requisite information has been furnished by the Deputy MPDO, Atmakur Mandal, through Speed Post on 07.08.2026 to the petitioner. 4. Recording the above instructions, and as the information sought by the petitioner has already been furnished, no further cause survives for further adjudication in the present writ petition. 5.
