Mishra, A.P.P. 02/12.01.2026 :- Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State. 2. The petitioners are seeking regular bail in connection with Charhi P.S. Case No. 85 of 2025, registered under sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 109(1), 115(2), 117 (2), 324 (5), 352, 351 (2), 111, 113 of BNS, and 17 of C.L.A Act, pending in the Court of learned J.M.F.C, Hazaribagh. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the name of the petitioners has come in the confessional statement and three of the co-accused persons have already been granted regular bail in B.A. No. 10792 of 2025 and B.A. No. 10870 of 2025. He next submits that petitioners are in custody since 09.09.2025. 4. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer and submits that allegation of putting the vehicle on fire is there. 5. Considering that petitioners are in custody since 09.09.2025 and three of the co-accused persons have been granted ( 2026:JHHC:609 ) 2 regular bail in the aforesaid B.As, I am inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the petitioners, above named, shall be released on regular bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand)each with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned J.M.F.C, Hazaribagh, in connection with Charhi P.S.
