2026:UHC:785 SL. No. Date Office Notes, reports, orders or proceedings or directions and Registrar’s order with Signatures COURT’S OR JUDGE’S ORDERS WPSS/1696/2024 With WPSS/1701/2024 WPSS/1711/2024 Hon’ble Manoj Kumar Tiwari, J 1. Mr. Vinay Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioners. 2. Mr. Rajeev Singh Bisht, learned Additional C.S.C. for the State of Uttarakhand. 3. Petitioners are Constable in Provincial Armed Constabulary. They were transferred from Rudrapur to Police Training Centre, Narendra Nagar, District Tehri Garhwal. Feeling aggrieved by their transfer, they filed these writ petitions in the year 2024. 4. No interim order was passed in favour of petitioners. 5. Learned State Counsel submits that petitioners have joined at the transferred place, therefore, writ petitions have become infructuous. 6. This statement is not disputed by Mr. Vinay Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. 7. Since no interim order was passed in favour of petitioners, therefore, petitioners must have joined at the transferred place. Petitioners hold a transferable post, therefore, there is no scope for interference in the matter. 8. Accordingly, the writ petitions are dismissed, as infructuous.
