Respondent(s) Through: Coram: Hon’ble Mr. Justice Sanjay Dhar, Judge ORDER 29.04.2026 The grievance of the petitioners is that the trial of the case pending before the trial court viz Principal District Judge, Budgam is going on at snail’s pace and for this reason, the petitioners are seeking transfer of the suit from the aforenamed court to any other court of competent jurisdiction at Srinagar. It is not a case where the petitioners have any grievance against the Presiding Officer of the court below. It is also not a case that transfer of the suit to Srinagar will tend to convenience of any of the parties. The only grievance of the petitioners is that the trial of the case is going on very slowly. This grievance of the petitioners can be addressed by issuing appropriate directions to the learned trial court. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of with a direction to the learned trial court to expedite the trial of the case keeping in view the fact that the suit has been filed more than 12 years back.
