3. In substance, the Petitioner prays for implementation of order passed by the learned Central Administrative Tribunal on 11.07.2016 in O.A. No. 3306/2013.
4. Pertinently, the Petitioner had also filed a contempt petition in this regard, which was disposed of by the learned Tribunal on 26.09.2025 with liberty to file a fresh petition.
