Learned counsel for the appellants submits that the appellants have falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that though there are allegations against the present appellants regarding inflicting injuries on the injured Vishal @ Kanha and Manish @ Sardar, the FIR as well as the material collected during the investigation attribute the role of causing the sharp injury to the co-accused Aamin. No specific overt act involving infliction of any grievous or sharp-edged injury has been attributed to the present appellants. The appellants have been in judicial custody since 25.05.2026. It is further submitted that appellant Abid has one antecedent, while appellant Arsheel has three antecedents. Therefore, it is prayed that the appeal presented by the present appellants may be allowed and they may be enlarged on bail.
