Quash the impugned notification NO: E-RD 58 GRC 2021 and Order dated 29.01.2022 (Annexure-A) issued by the Respondent in exercising the powers under S.7(3) of the Banning of Unregulated Deposits Schemes Act, 2019. B. Quash the corrigendum to the impugned notification NO: E-RD 58 GRC 2021 and order dated 05.05.2022 (Annexure-B) issued by the Respondent. C. Release the properties of the Petitioners that were attached as per Annexure-A and the Corrigendum of the impugned notification and order NO: E-RD 58 GRC 2021 dated 29.01.2022. D. Pass any other such orders and further relief in the interest of justice and equity." 2. When the matter came up on the last occasion, learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that the subsequent notification is - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:23426 WP No. 22591 of 2022 issued. Then this Court had directed the learned Additional Government Advocate to get specific instructions as to whether this notification is withdrawn or not. 3. Today, learned Additional Government Advocate, on instructions, submits that the impugned notification is withdrawn. In that view of the matter, nothing survives for consideration in this writ petition. Hence, this Court is passing the following: ORDER i. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. ii. It is left open to the petitioners to avail the appropriate remedy in accordance with law. iii.
