ORDER This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking an order exempting the petitioners from paying the court fee of Rs.6,454/- (the total court fee is Rs.6,554/-, of which Rs.100/- has already been paid) in presenting the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal in C.M.A.(MD)SR No.13747 of 2026 before this Court. 2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and perused the affidavit filed in support of this petition. 3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. 4.
