This Writ Petition has been filed against the selection list (Annexure P/1) issued by the National Institute of Technology, Raipur thereby challenging the selection of Respondent No.4 at Serial No.6 on the post of Senior Technician (ECE) in the OBC category. 2. Following reliefs have been sought by the petitioner:- 10.1 That, the Hon'ble Court be pleased to quash the appointment / selection of the respondent no.4 on the post of post of Senior Technician (OBC-1) Electronics & Communication Engineering. (Annexure P/1). 10.2 That, the Hon'ble Court be pleased to issue writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to appoint / select the petitioner on the post of post of Senior Technician (OBC-1) -Electronics & Communication Engineering. 10.3 That, the entire original record of the examination for the post of Senior Technician (OBC-1) Electronics & Communication Engineering be called. 10.4 That, any other relief which this Hon'ble court deems fit in the present facts and circumstances of the case may kindly be granted. 3.
