The writ petition was filed on 03.12.2025. Thereafter the matter was listed before Registrar (Judicial) on 24.12.2025, who directed for removal of defect(s) on or before 25.02.2026. Thereafter the matter was listed before Registrar (Judicial) on three more dates, and ultimately, the matter was listed before this Court. 4. This Court granted time for curing the defects vide orders dated 16.06.2026 and 08.07.2026, however, defects have not been cured so far. Even today, there is no one to represent the petitioner. 5. I have perused the judgments and orders impugned in this writ petition passed by Consolidation Officer, Settlement Officer Consolidation and Deputy Director of Consolidation. All the learned courts below have recorded concurrent finding of fact. This Court, while exercising supervisory jurisdiction under Article 227 of the Constitution is not inclined to disturb the concurrent finding of fact. Even otherwise also, there is no illegality or infirmity in the impugned judgments and orders, which may warrant interference. 6. Accordingly, the writ petition fails and is dismissed.
