KAMAL ORAL ORDER The petitioner has filed the present petition seeking following relief: i) Issue writ of mandamus directing the Respondent No.1 to furnish all the records pertaining to enrollment (KAR/1524/2006) of Respondent No.2 surrendered to Respondent No.1; ii) Issue writ of mandamus directing Respondent No.1 to take action against Respondent No.2 thereby initiating criminal and civil proceedings as per law. 2. In this petition, though the petitioner has alleged that the respondent No.2 is purportedly posing himself to be an advocate and filing false cases and defrauding his clients by taking signatures, there is nothing in the petition to indicate that the respondent No.2 had done similar acts with the petitioner. - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:7390 WP NO.5583 OF 2022 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner answering the queries submits that the petitioner has not been personally affected except the fact that the respondent No.2 is his neighbour. 4. Learned counsel for respondent No.2 on the other hand submits that petitioner in any manner aggrieved of professional misconduct of respondent No.2, petitioner is at liberty to initiate proceedings against the respondent No.2 in terms of provisions of Advocates' Act which will be dealt with in accordance with law. 5.
