On 24.11.2025, learned counsel appearing for respondent No.4 had made a statement that order of this Court has been fully implemented in its letter and spirit. Learned counsel for the petitioner had sought time to have instructions in the matter. 2. On the next date on i.e. 22.12.2025, the matter was adjourned at the joint request of learned counsel for the parties. Today the case was passed over several times but nobody appeared on behalf of the petitioner. 3. In view of the above position, there appears to be no dispute to the assertion of respondent No.4 made vide its compliance report dated 7th April, 2025 to the effect that pension of the petitioner has already been revised on 26.12.2024. Along with the said compliance report, respondent No.4 has also placed on record a copy of the revised pension payment order in respect of the petitioner. 4.
