This is an application under Section 482 of the BNSS, 2023 whereby the petitioner, namely- Jamal Uddin has prayed for pre-arrest bail in connection with Dhing P.S. Case No.274/2025. 3. Mr. Sharma has submitted that in this case, police has filed the charge sheet being C.S. No.03/2026 dated 10.01.2026. 4. Since the charge sheet has been filed, the petitioner is directed to approach the trial court for seeking regular bail. With the aforesaid direction, the bail application is closed and disposed of.
