Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 01.07.2024 in connection with Dhanbad P.S. Case No.297 of 2024, corresponding to G.R. Case No.1825/2024 [S.T. Case No.113/2025], registered under Section 302, 326/34 IPC & 27 Arms Act, charge offence under Section 302, 341, 342, 396, 412, 506 of IPC & 27 Arms Act, now pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge – IV, Dhanbad. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and he is in custody since 01.07.2024. 4. The learned counsel for the State has opposed the prayer and submitted that the bail application of the petitioner has been rejected by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court on 23.07.2025 and the trial is in progress, five witnesses have already been examined as per the impugned order dated 27.01.2026. 5. After hearing the learned counsel for the parties and considering the fact that the bail application of the petitioner was 2026:JHHC:6830 2 rejected on merits earlier and trial is in progress, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.
