1. These instant bail applications have been filed on behalf of the accused-petitioners under Section 483 of BNSS in connection
[2026:RJ-JP:24250] (2 of 4) [CRLMB-7687/2026] with FIR No. 269/2025 registered at Police Station Mandhan, District Kotputli-Behror for the offence(s) punishable under Sections 189(2), 190, 115(2), 126(2), 307 & 111(2)(b) of B.N.S.,
2023.
2.
Learned counsel for the accused-petitioners submit that the accused-petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case; that the charge-sheet has been filed. They also submit that the accused-petitioners are in custody since long and co-accused persons have already been enlarged on bail; conclusion of trial will take its own time, so no fruitful purpose would be served by keeping the accused-petitioners behind the bars and, therefore, pray that the accused-petitioners may be granted the benefit of bail under Section 483 of BNSS. 3. Per contra, learned Public Prosecutor vehemently opposes the submissions advanced by learned counsel for the accused- petitioners hereinabove and submits that there are other criminal cases registered against the accused-petitioners, therefore, the accused-petitioners may not be granted the benefit of bail under Section 483 BNSS. 4. Considering the overall facts and circumstances of the case, the arguments put forth by learned counsel for both the parties and the material made available before this Court that the charge- sheet against the accused-petitioners has been filed; that the accused-petitioners are in custody since long; that similarly situated co-accused persons namely Lokesh @ Lucky, Rohit @ Baba, Vikas Singh, Sandeep Singh Chauhan & Narayan @ Rahul Chauhan have already been enlarged on bail by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 12.05.2026 & 24.04.2026 in
[2026:RJ-JP:24250] (3 of 4) [CRLMB-7687/2026] S.B. Criminal Miscellaneous Bail Application Nos. 6733/2026, 6734/2026 & 3233/2026; that the injured Sonu has sustained one injury which is neither fatal nor dangerous to life as per medical opinion; that the trial will take its own time. Hence, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits/demerits of the case, deems it just and proper to enlarge the accused-petitioners on bail. 5. Therefore, these instant bail applications under Section 483 BNSS are accordingly, allowed and the accused-petitioners (1) Sandeep @ Raja S/o Ajaypal Singh, (2) Ankit @ Laden S/o Rajendra Singh, (3) Vikas @ Fauji S/o Bhoopsingh & (4) Kundan Singh Chauhan S/o Bheemsingh are ordered to be released on bail, provided each of them furnishes a personal bond in the sum of Rs. 1,00,000/- with two sureties of Rs. 50,000/- each to the satisfaction of the Trial Court, with the stipulation that they shall appear before that Court and any Court to which the matter is transferred, on all subsequent dates of hearing and as and when called upon to do so. 6.

In case of any breach of the aforementioned conditions, the learned Public Prosecutor shall be free to move the application against the accused-petitioners for cancellation of the bail before the concerned Court. [2026:RJ-JP:24250] (4 of 4) [CRLMB-7687/2026]
