By means of this writ petition, petitioner has sought the following reliefs: “(i) issue an order or direction directing the respondents to make paimaish/get measured he land of the petitioner and mark its boundaries. (ii) issue an order or direction to the respondents to decide the representation of the petitioner.” 3. Learned State Counsel is right in submitting that reliefs claimed in the writ petition can only be granted in demarcation proceedings under Section 41 of Land Revenue Act, 1901. 4. The writ petition is, accordingly, UKHC010189462018 2026:UHC:6580 disposed of with liberty to petitioner to approach the competent authority under Section 41 of Land Revenue Act.
