Heard both sides. 3.The petitioner has filed a suit in O.S.No. 417 of 2014 which was ended in favour of the petitioner. The petitioner also filed execution petition which has also ended in favour of the petitioner. In such circumstances, the petitioner is seeking police protection to put up compound wall. Since the petitioner's representation is not considered so far he has filed the present writ petition. 3. Therefore, the respondent shall provide adequate police protection to put up compound wall in the light of the order passed in EP.No.85 of 2014 dated 18.08.2015 and CRP(MD)No.2992 of 2023 dated 3/5 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis WP CRL.(MD).
